The customer has warranted to Print 4 Less, and Print 4 Less has accepted the customer's warranty that the customer has copyright in or a licence to authorise Print 4 Less to reproduce all artistic and literary works supplied by the customer to Print 4 Less for the purpose of the Order and the Customer hereby expressly authorises Print 4 Less to reproduce all and any of such works for the purposes foresaid.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via the Print 4 Less Service. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy is applicable for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner's exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work. The Print 4 Less policy also states that you cannot use explicit language or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (Content) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Print 4 Less, are entirely responsible for all Content that you send, upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Print 4 Less or any third party. Print 4 Less does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will Print 4 Less be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services, such as ebusiness cards, ephoto cards, and einvitations are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
You understand that you control the privacy of any Content you elect to post by granting access under your personal password. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant Print 4 Less the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display and create derivative works from the Content on the Service and on the printed product for the purposes of storing designs or processing print orders. This license exists only for the length of time necessary for Print 4 Less to complete your order or until you delete the Content from the Service.
You acknowledge that Print 4 Less does not pre-screen Content, but that Print 4 Less and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Print 4 Less may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Print 4 Less , its users and the public.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Print 4 Less, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, print vendors, business partners, employees, successors or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the terms of service, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
SPECIAL REQUESTS - QUOTATIONS
a) Subject to paragraph b) all prices quoted are based upon work required to fulfil the client's instructions and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote.
b) Prices quoted are based on the current cost of production, (materials, labour, machine time etc) and they are subject to amendment by Print 4 Less before or after acceptance of the quotation to meet a variation in the cost of production between the date of quotation and the date of execution of the order provided there is no unreasonable delay on the part of Print 4 Less.
CUSTOMERS INSTRUCTIONS
Once accepted by the customer (either verbal or written), Print 4 Less’s written quotation shall be deemed to interpret correctly the customer's instructions. Where verbal instructions only are received, Print 4 Less shall not be responsible for errors or omissions due to misinterpretation of those instructions.
Other than only by way of correction any customer additions or alterations to copy when a proof is submitted will be charged for as author's corrections.
OUTSIDE WORK
If Print 4 Less has to obtain goods (including typefaces, film, plates etc) and/or services not normally stocked or supplied by Print 4 Less from a third party in order to carry out the customer's instructions:
a) Print 4 Less acquires these goods and/or services as agent for the customer and not as principal and will have no liability to the customer in relation to the supply of those goods and/or services. Any claim by the customer in relation to the supply of those goods and/or services must be made directly against the third party.
b) The customer must pay for such goods and/or services.
c) Any such goods obtained from a third party, must be obtained on the basis that property in those goods is passed by the third party to Print 4 Less at the time the goods are incorporated into the work done by Print 4 Less for the customer.
SUSPENSION OF WORK
The suspension by the customer of any work, for any reason whatsoever, for a period of thirty (30) days, shall entitle Print 4 Less to payment in full for the portion of work completed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled except upon terms, which compensate PRINT 4 LESS for all work done, materials used or specially acquired to complete the order, to the date of the cancellation. If any graphic design or other costs occurred prior to cancellation, PRINT 4 LESS must be compensated for all efforts with an hourly rate of €50 or the set price agreed with the customer.
PAYMENT
Once the work is completed Print 4 Less shall invoice the customer for the quoted value of the work plus any additional charges that have occurred to enable the work to be completed to meet the customer's requirements.
GST (Goods and Services Tax) shall be charged on the total invoice amount in line with current GST legislation.
All Invoices shall be paid prior to delivery unless prior arrangements are agreed with Print 4 Less.
Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered but owing to the difficulty of producing exact quantities, estimates and/or orders are conditional upon a margin of five percent (5%) being allowed for overs or shortages, which shall be charged for or deducted as appropriate.
NON PAYMENT
Until the customer has paid all sums outstanding in relation to the goods, title of the goods shall not pass from Print 4 Less to the customer.
If the customer has not paid all sums outstanding in relation to the goods, if directed by Print 4 Less to do so, the customer must forthwith return the goods to Print 4 Less.
RISK
The goods are at the risk of Print 4 Less until delivered to the customer, or collected by the customer.
Print 4 Less shall have no liability for any loss or damage to the goods when in transit.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, except as provided herein, Print 4 Less shall not be liable to the customer in contract or tort for any loss or damage or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply of the goods and/or services, or rising out of Print 4 Less’s negligence, or in any way whatsoever.
Print 4 Less’s liability for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by Division 2 of Part V of the Act (other than section 69) is herby limited to:
1. In the case of goods, any one or more of the following:
a) The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
b) The repair of the goods;
c) The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
d) The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
2. In the case of services:
a) The supplying of the services again; or
b) The payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Print 4 Less will not be liable to the customer for loss, howsoever caused, of any data stored on disks, tapes, compact disks or other media supplied by the customer to Print 4 Less.
Subject to the previous paragraph hereof, Print 4 Less will not be liable to the customer for the damage, loss or destruction of any property of the customer unless the loss or damage has been caused by the failure of Print 4 Less to exercise due care and skill in handling or storing such property of the customer.
Force Majeure. Print 4 Less will have no liability to the customer for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the customer because of Print 4 Less’s failure to observe these terms and conditions, where such failure is occasioned by any cause beyond Print 4 Less's reasonable control, including and without limiting the generality to the foregoing by war, insurrection, fires, floods, strikes, lockouts, delays in transport, breakdowns in machinery, the inability or failure of a supplier to supply necessary materials, or prohibitions or other action by any government or semi-government authority, or embargoes.
ELECTRONIC MEDIA
All Disks, tapes, compact disks or other media (other than the media supplied by the customer) used by Print 4 Less to store data for the purposes of completing the Order are the property of Print 4 Less. The customer cannot require Print 4 Less to supply to the customer any data so stored. In the event that Print 4 Less does supply data so stored or created, Print 4 Less may charge the customer for supplying such data.
Print 4 Less will not be held responsible for storing any data on disks, tapes, compact disks or other media when the Order has been completed. If Print 4 Less agrees to store such data Print 4 Less may charge to do so.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Re-Prints:
Customer must notify Print 4 Less within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 99% of the received product within 30 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
DELIVERY DELAYS
The delivery terms made known to the customer are estimates only, and Print 4 Less shall not be liable for any late delivery or non-delivery, and under no circumstances shall Print 4 Less be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the customer because of late or non-delivery of the goods.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
Should delivery of work be required urgently reasonable efforts will be made by Print 4 Less to secure freedom from defects. However, Print 4 Less shall not be held responsible for defects caused as a result of the requirement for such urgent delivery.
Should urgent delivery necessitate overtime work or other additional costs being occurred, an additional charge will be made to cover these additional costs.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over €50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Print 4 Less is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Print 4 Less will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

No individual or organisation, including but not limited to other Print 4 Less customers or affiliates of Print 4 Less, can access the secure space of a project to which such an individual is not a member or an organisation is not the owner.
Only those persons who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorised to have access to customer information. Print 4 Less has specific internal policies that govern such access. Customer requests are documented on a case-by-case basis, and any such access is tracked and reviewed by Print 4 Less security management.
As a service-based offering, Print 4 Less tracks account, user, and transaction information. Print 4 Less does not make any personal customer data available to third parties. We do not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from information collected on this Web-site. We do not share customer data with other customers. We consider our customers' information to be private and proprietary.
